Your tasks * Company-wide expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs, responsible for defining methodologies and leading critical analog developments * Lead design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits * Drive innovation in transmitter and receiver architectures * Establish analog design methodologies * Lead technical reviews and sign-off decisions * Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders Who we are looking for * MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering * 15+ years analog IC design experience * Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements; HF layout knowledge is an advantage * PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs * Signal integrity, noise,
