Job SummaryJoin our Valtellina Plant and help drive operational excellence and processes in a highly regulated production environment. In this role, you will work closely with Production Supervisors and cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support the manufacturing of products that make a meaningful difference in patients' lives worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Production Supervisors to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement initiatives emerging from Value Stream Mapping activities.
- Support continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste, minimizing rework, and increasing operational efficiency.
- Support production departments in managing EBR events
- Review batch records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and product quality.
- Manage training activities for the departments,
ensuring employees are appropriately trained and qualified
- Perform procedural updates and continuous improvement of production procedures and work instructions.
- Contribute to maintaining a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical...) or Life Sciences (Chemistry, CTF, Biology...)
- Strong interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Good English knowledge, written and spoken.
SalaryThe minimum annual base salary for this position is 32.000Euro.
