Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, develop employee capabilities, and deliver sustainable performance, quality, and cost improvements across the site.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESLead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site, acting as an internal consultant to identify opportunities, optimize business processes, and deliver measurable results.Partner with process owners and functional teams to implement sustainable improvements, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with the site's overall improvement strategy.Develop, track, and report key performance metrics,



using data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous optimization.Design and deliver training programs that build continuous improvement capabilities and foster a culture of operational excellence at all levels of the organization.Provide coaching and leadership to cross-functional teams, enabling high performance and successful execution of improvement projects.Promote the sharing and replication of best practices, ensuring successful solutions are scaled across the plant and leveraged across other sites where applicable.CANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operations Excellence, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Quality within a production environment.Strong knowledge of Lean, TPM, WCM, problem-solving methodologies, and change management principles.Proven project management, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.Good understandin
