Overview As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive the Italian market growth for Flexport at the intersection of freight forwarding and tech. You will build and scale the Italian presence, engage high-potential clients, and shape value-driven solutions through consultative selling. You'll work with cross-functional teams to onboard clients and close deals, contributing to Flexport's mission to simplify global trade. This role offers high visibility to impact market expansion and customer experience in a fast-growing, tech-enabled environment.

Responsabilità
Build and scale Flexport Italy with colleagues
Identify suitable clients (self-prospected and via SDRs)
Consult with clients to understand supply chain needs and pains
Demonstrate capabilities and craft value-added solutions in meetings




Close deals and lead customer onboarding with internal resources
Requisiti fondamentali
~2-3 years in freight forwarding/logistics sales with full sales cycle experience in Italian market
~ Experience in logistics industry required; freight forwarding preferred
~ Willingness to cold-call prospects
~ Experience managing accounts and delivering excellent client experiences
~ Genuine client focus and discovery-driven approach to pain points
~ Fast learner with strong work ethic and ambition to be among top 5% in country
~ Fluent in English and Italian
