We're expanding our operations across Europe and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to perform a critical role in delivering a high-performance facilities. You'll work closely with our senior project leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful coordination and execution of complex data centre builds.
The Role:
Provide overarching leadership throughout all project phases, from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectivesOwn and drive the project timeline, utilising advanced project management techniques to ensure timely and on-budget deliveryDevelop and implement comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs),



encompassing all aspects of project deliveryManage the project team and lead performance evaluations of all project participantsMentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellenceIdentify stakeholders; establish their needs and expectations; and plan and implement strategies to meet their needsTake charge of the financial health of the project by managing budgets, payment applications, and providing strategic recommendations to the Client in terms of value for moneyServe as the primary point of contact for clients, representing their interests with the Professional Team and ContractorsAbout you: You will have already managed medium to large-scale construction projects from conception through to completionStrong leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring junior project managers and teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesStrong contract knowledge & financial acumenDegrees Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering subjects are preferable, but we'd also like to hear from y
