What you’ll do:
As the People Partnering Manager you will support our Technology organization across multiple locations. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to drive people strategies, foster employee engagement, and support organizational growth. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent HR practices and compliance while contributing to talent development and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition activities, including hiring decisions and onboarding processes.
- Monitor workforce metrics and labor costs to support data-driven decision aligned with business objectives.




- Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and effective employee experience.
- Serve as a key advisor to extended leadership team and managers, influencing decision-making on performance, employee relations and organizational topics.
- Manage salary review processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to company guidelines.
- Coordinate the performance management processes, supporting managers in decision-making and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Design and drive cross-country learning initiatives based on comprehensive training needs analysis across the Tech population in Italy, Turkey and Albania, supporting capability building and organizational growth and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
