As a Field Quality Investigator, often known as our "Quality Flying Doctor," you will be the primary detective for our most challenging

field quality issues . You will be on the

front lines, traveling to the source of problems

to conduct deep-dive

technical analyses .

Your work will be crucial in bridging the gap between

customer-reported issues

and

engineering solutions , directly impacting product quality, customer
