Salary: €28,000–€35,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience

THE ROLE

As part of the Events & Experiences team in Milan, the Account Specialist will work across events, retail activations, brand experiences and special projects for international fashion and luxury clients.

The role combines client management and project coordination, following projects from the initial brief through to final delivery and working closely with creative and production teams, suppliers and external partners.





The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience in account or project management, events, PR or similar roles, preferably within the fashion, luxury or creative industries. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout assigned projects.
- Manage projects from the initial brief through to final delivery, coordinating timelines, workflows, priorities, budgets and deliverables.
- Work closely with creative and production teams, suppliers and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, keeping priorities on track and ensuring timely delivery.
- Prepare client presentations, meeting materials, project updates and follow-ups.
