Responsabilità
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for brand activation campaigns and events
Coordinate end-to-end execution from brief/concept to implementation, monitoring, and post-event analysis
Ensure adherence to global activation guidelines,

Serve as primary liaison between internal stakeholders (Marketing, Communications, Retail, Digital, Product Development) and external partners (agencies, vendors)
Manage brief development, proposal evaluation, negotiations, and accountability for project participants
Oversee logistics and operational aspects of events and activations with meticulous attention to detail
Monitor progress, identify risks, and perform post-campaign data analysis for ROI evaluation
Maintain brand compliance across all touchpoints and approve creative assets and production elements
Provide regular status updates and help refine activation processes for regional/local teams
