Overview In this role you will lead the Italian business, owning the P&L; and shaping a three-year growth plan. You will drive sustainable profitability, digital and AI-enabled transformation, and cross-country collaboration with HQ. You'll oversee operations, governance, and stakeholder relations, while fostering a customer-centric, innovative culture. Own Italian P&L; and drive revenue growth across all business lines
Lead digital and AI-driven transformation; develop scalable, customer-centric products/services
Foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision making, and cross-country collaboration
Represent the company in governance forums and with regulators, customers, and partners
Lead and develop a high-performing local leadership team; Master's degree in Business,



Economics, Marketing, or related field; MBA advantageous
Minimum 15 years of leadership in complex, multi-business environments with strong B2C and B2B exposure
Proven success in senior roles (Country Manager/GM/MD); Experience in digitally enabled service industries (media, telecom, utilities, insurance, etc.)
