Responsabilità
General ledger and closing support, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations; assist month-, quarter-, and year-end closings
Payroll, T&E; & Tax operational accounting, including postings, reconciliations, and coordination with external providers
Manage fixed assets accounting: capitalization, depreciation, disposals, reconciliations,
and asset records
Act as backup for AP/AR interfaces and ensure correct GL integration; perform subledger reconciliations and monitor suspense accounts
Support internal and external audits with documentation and explanations for assigned areas
Adapt and improve accounting practices; identify issues and address them with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
Collaborate within the Finance team to ensure consistency, continuity, and reliability of accounting operations
Requisiti fondamentali
~ Bachelor in Economics
~6-10 years of experience in operational accounting, audits, or similar environments
~ Strong GL accounting and close experience
~ Experience with payroll, T&E;, tax postings/reconciliations, and fixed assets
~ ERP experience (SAGE, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong Excel skills
~ High attention to detail with structured execution
~ Ability to work autonomously in a team-based, internationa
