Overview In this role, you will help maintain and improve the Quality Management System to meet customer and regulatory requirements. You'll act as the main quality liaison for Italian-market customers, driving issue resolution and process improvements. You will work with cross-functional teams to uphold high quality standards and support audits and CAPA initiatives. Responsabilità
Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the QMS in line with customer requirements and standards
Maintain QA system data and quality documentation
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory obligations, and industry standards
Monitor QMS effectiveness and recommend improvements




Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions
Serve as the primary customer liaison for quality issues and inquiries
Lead structured problem-solving activities including RCA and 8D investigations
Drive the implementation and verification of CAPA actions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication
Conduct fault trend analysis to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
Apply quality tools to improve process effectiveness and participate in CI initiatives
Analyze operational processes and propose quality and efficiency improvements
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and DC teams to support objectives
Provide quality expertise during customer engagement and onboarding
Develop, monitor, and report on quality metrics and KPIs
Prepare quality reports and present trends and recommendations to management
