The Accountant will support the Accounting team in delivering quality and timely services to the assigned client portfolio. The role performs a variety of routine accounting activities under close supervision, with a particular focus on bookkeeping activities.

Perform technical accounting support and administrative duties, such as entering sales and creditor invoices and processing bank transactions;
Manage capital assets and accounts payable and receivable;
Prepare primary accounting documents, if required;




Maintain accounting files and records;
Check account balances on a monthly basis and support the preparation of account analyses, if requested;
Ensure accurate booking of all journal entries and accounting documents into the accounting system;
Draft letters and emails to clients concerning accounting or administrative issues and submit them for review and approval by the Accounting Supervisor;
English (working knowledge);
Knowledge of the Profis system is considered an advantage;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook);
High School Diploma and/or Degree in Economics;
Up to 2 years of experience in similar organizations;
Works in compliance with TMF procedures and related standards of work;
Good client service skills;
Good communication skills.
