They lead relationship management and communication of medical and scientific information with healthcare providers and caregivers.Essential FunctionsWorks with research sites to develop study-specific action plans to accelerate recruitment or support study-specific procedure trainingProvides education to healthcare professionals and their staff, reinforcing study protocols as related to a clinical trialMay partner with referral networks to identify potential subjects for a trialMaintains and analyzes customer records to customize strategies to maximize pre-screening, screening,
and enrollment in trialsCompletes internal electronic reporting systems; organizes and holds group events to optimize program deliverySuccessfully manages objections raisedMaintains up-to-date technical knowledge of specialty and disease areasQualificationsBachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent academic/professional qualificationsClinical research experience at the site level requiredNurse or other healthcare professional preferredCRA experience preferredHigh flexibility to travel (internationally, if needed)Clinical competence in relevant therapeutic areaExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including fluent command of EnglishAbility to execute tasks with minimal oversightAbility to coordinate and complete activities across multiple functionsSolutions-based approach to problem-solvingPositive, can-do attitudeStrong customer service orientationCollaborative minds
