As part of an international growth project, the company is seeking a highly senior professional to contribute to strengthening its positioning among pharmaceutical companies.
Position Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Sales Director will be responsible for accelerating international business development by leveraging an established network and recognized credibility within the pharmaceutical industry.
The role will focus on opening new relationships, generating qualified business opportunities, and facilitating the company’s access to high-potential customers. The Senior Sales Director – Pharma Automation will also work closely with the company’s senior management in defining commercial priorities, market positioning, and the approach to target markets.
Key Responsibilities




- Develop new business opportunities with leading international pharmaceutical companies and upper mid-market pharma players.
- Strengthen the company’s presence in Italy, North America, and key European markets.
- Leverage an established professional network to facilitate access to strategic customers and key stakeholders.
- Define, together with the CEO and management team, market-entry and account-development strategies for target customers.
- Contribute to the development of the value proposition and the commercial positioning of the company’s offering.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team, the agent network, and the Group’s international commercial organization.
- Transfer market relationships, industry knowledge, and commercial best practices to the organization.
