The Work Package Manager (Project Manager) is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and successful delivery of two offshore packages on a major offshore oil and gas facility in North Africa.

The role, which will be performed from Milan, ensures the safe, timely, and cost-effective execution of engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, transportation, offshore installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning support, and handover activities associated with the facilities and related platform modifications.The position serves as the primary focal point for all package activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, fabrication yards, certification bodies, marine contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives, contractual requirements, and operational readiness targets.The role is primarily based in Milan and requires regular travel to fabrication yards, contractor offices, ports,



and offshore execution locations as required.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & LeadershipLead and manage the Work Package in accordance with the approved Project Execution Plan (PEP).Establish execution priorities and ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, commissioning, and handover activities.Develop and maintain the execution strategy, objectives, milestones, and performance metrics.Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams and ensure effective collaboration across all project functions.Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, environmental, regulatory, and contractual requirements throughout project execution.Act as the primary focal point between the Client, Consortium, contractors, and project management team regarding package related matters.Engineering ManagementOversee all engineering activities related to the
