Overview As Sales Director for Italy, you lead an Enterprise Account Executive team within Manufacturing and Retail/CPG, driving revenue and strategic growth. You'll partner with internal stakeholders across sales, value engineering, and services to close large SaaS deals and expand the customer base. Your leadership will shape the direct Italian SaaS sales effort and ensure strong forecast accuracy and executive alignment. You'll operate in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment while delivering measurable impact for customers and Celonis' mission.

Achieve and exceed annual sales targets within the Italian territory with accurate forecasting

3+ years of strong leadership experience
