Responsibilities
- Work in Operations, applying technical and problem‑solving skills to support daily activities.
- Maintain a strong field presence to promote safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
- Serve as a technical reference during unplanned events and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Support and drive EHS and Process Safety culture.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative working environment.
- Analyze operational, quality, and logistics data (KPIs, asset utilization, trends) to validate results, diagnose gaps, and identify improvements.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to conduct advanced troubleshooting and implement optimized technical solutions.
- Determines and prioritizes corrective actions to close Operational Performance Gaps (utilization, yield, uptime, quality, operating discipline losses, reliability opportunities).
- Lead and support capital and non-capital projects (expense and continuous improvement) using defined project and improvement work processes.
- Provide leadership during plant maintenance, unplanned events, commissioning,



start-up, and project handover to Operations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science.
- You have between 0 to 3 years of experience
- You speak fluent Italian and English.

Annualized: €35.700 - €63.420
Monthly: €2.550 - €4.530 Monthly - 14
