Job Description: The main tasks are related to the management of administrative documentation relating to calls for tenders of Public Administrations in the ICT sector. The role includes:
- Study and analysis of calls for tenders and related administrative and technical specifications;
- Verification of the required participation requirements;
- Preparation, in agreement with other company functions, of the administrative documentation necessary for participation in the Call for Tenders (RTI, company certifications, endorsements, etc.);
- Preparation of the documentation necessary for the presentation of the technical and economic offer on the basis of the documents of the appropriate functions;
- Participation in official sessions of openings of documentation and offers;




- Preparation of documentation necessary for the drafting of appeals;
- Preparation tender declarations justifications and supporting documentation.
- Request for surety policies through the company functions in charge;
- Search within the company for references to meet the participation requirements
- Archiving management of all tender documentation;
- Involvement in some of the post-award activities of the Tender.
- Management of Portals and ancillary activities to Tenders (SDAPA, ANAC, MePA, Supplier Portals, etc.);
- Excellent organizational skills, result orientation, precision and ability to work under deadlines complete the profile
