and Chinese is mandatoryKey ResponsibilitiesQuality Management & Process Improvement: Establish and continuously enhance quality management systems and operational mechanisms. Embed quality standards directly into business processes to drive end-to-end continuous improvement across sales, marketing, and delivery.
Operational & Risk Analysis: Conduct integrated operational analysis using processes, business regulations, and operational sandboxes. Identify efficiency bottlenecks, quality gaps, and compliance risks to streamline workflows and boost overall process efficiency.
Operational Support & Goal Execution: Monitor daily operational activities and utilize platform data analysis to support the execution, tracking, and successful landing of domain-level strategic goals.
RequirementsTrilingual Communication: Verbal and written fluency in English, Italian, and Chinese (mandatory) to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
