We are currently recruiting an experienced, warm and professional Nanny for a VIP private family based in Milan, caring for a 2-year-old child.

Location: Milan – City Life / Chinatown areaSchedule: Monday to Thursday, approximately 30 hours per weekStart date: Immediate availability preferred

The Role

The child finishes nursery around 4:00–4:30 PM, and the nanny will be responsible for collecting her and providing engaging, creative and age-appropriate care throughout the afternoon.

The family is looking for someone who is warm, intelligent, proactive, reliable and genuinely enjoys working with young children.

Flexibility is an important part of the role. The nanny should ideally be available for occasional Saturdays and weekends when required, particularly around the family’s events and commitments. Additional hours may occasionally be required and will be discussed and compensated accordingly, either financially or through agreed time off.

Requirements

- Previous professional experience as a nanny, preferably with toddlers
- Warm, caring and engaging personality
- Creative and proactive approach to childcare
- Reliable, discreet and highly professional
- Flexible and adaptable to the family’s schedule
- Excellent communication skills




- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Comfortable working in a high-profile/private household environment

Salary & Benefits

€3,500 net per month, depending on experience and responsibilities.

Additional hours will be discussed and compensated separately, according to the agreed arrangements.

If the candidate is also willing to assist with housekeeping duties, this can be discussed separately and the salary adjusted to reflect the additional responsibilities.

A formal employment contract will be provided.

Due to the private nature of the position, strict confidentiality is essential. The successful candidate will be required to sign an NDA.
