Configuration Management:
TXT E-Tech, a company of the TXT Group operating in the Aerospace sector, is seeking a candidate to join its team for Configuration Management activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, traceability, and compliance of all software components that constitute an aircraft's avionics systems, guaranteeing their proper management and configuration throughout the entire product lifecycle for a major client in the aerospace industry.

Main Responsibilities:
Definition of the Project Baseline;
Management of Change Control;
Coordination of Change Control Boards (CCBs);
Regulatory Compliance and Audits.

Required Technical Skills:
Knowledge of process-oriented configuration management tools (Serena Dimensions CM, IBM Engineering Workflow Management);
Knowledge of Git (and platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket);




Strong knowledge of branching strategies (e.g. GitFlow), merge requests, tagging, and conflict resolution;
Basic knowledge of scripting languages for the automation of repetitive tasks.

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of the DO-178 standard.

Education:
Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
