Junior Administration Accountant

Systematica is looking for a Junior Administration Accountant to join the administrative department and strengthen our team.

Main responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the team by handling:

- Accounting entries for both accounts receivable and accounts payable
- VAT settlements, invoice checks, and credit recovery activities
- Management of electronic invoicing
- Preparation and submission of periodic communications (LIPE)
- Compilation and management of Intrastat lists
- Cash journal maintenance
- Recording of employee expense reports
- Management of withholding taxes and related requirements
- Support with payroll accounting
- Preparation and management of F24/F23 forms
- Use of key online platforms (Tax Portal, dedicated portals)
- Management and request of certificates from the Chamber of Commerce, Court, and Revenue Agency

Work Location: Milan (MI) – Moscova area. The position requires on-site work.

Salary range:



€20.000-€23.000

Education

Diploma in Accounting or Scientific High School, or a Degree in Business Administration

Experience

We consider entry-level candidates.

Skills

Language skills: Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken (mandatory requirement)

IT skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, precision, and attention to detail
