This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. /liliManage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance. /liliDevelop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other talent channels. /liliScreen and assess candidates, identifying the best talent for current and future business needs. /liliGuide hiring managers through the recruitment process, providing market insights and recruitment expertise. /liliCoordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. /liliBuild strong partnerships with HR colleagues hiring managers /liliMaintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations. /liliMonitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes. /liliSupport employer branding, university engagement, networking activities, and recruitment events.



/liliContribute to Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3h3Required Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. /liliAt least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search, either in-house or within an agency environment. /liliExperience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing platforms. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities and recruitment processes simultaneously. /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /liliProfessional approach to handling confidential information. /liliFluent Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday. /liliExperience recruiting across multiple business functions and levels. /liliStrong direct sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities. /liliExperience working within a multinational or matrix organization. /liliExposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries. /liliExperience working with external recruitment agencies and suppliers. /li /ulh3Why Abbott? /h3pAt Abbott, you can build a rewarding career while helping create a healthier future for people around the world.
