**FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM MARCH** We are looking for an engaged and passionate** Retail Travel Intern** to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy**.** **Your Impact**
**MAIN ACTIVITIES**: - Analyze sales, stock levels, and market trends to optimize sales performance and improve sell-through
- Prepare and elaborate weekly sales and stock performance analyses
- Train and support the store network on product knowledge, brand storytelling, and strategic merchandising priorities
- Collaborate with Collection, Retail, Buying, Visual Merchandising, and Planning teams
- Collect and structure feedback from stores, translating insights into actionable recommendations for future collections
- Leverage CRM insights and client data to optimize product performance and maximize key business moments **Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS**: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and stock data
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI plus




- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with a problem-solving mindset
