We are now looking for a driven **Sales Representative** for our **Packaging & Hygiene Solutions** business unit. **Packaging & Hygiene Solutions** business unit specializes in innovative solutions that enable customers to create fiber-based products suited for a circular economy and replacing plastics, while optimizing resource efficiency, product performance, and quality. The business unit serves paper, board, tissue, and molded fiber packaging manufacturers across the globe. This position is located in North-East and North-Central Italy (Lombardia, Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige), with office in Colognola ai Colli, Italy. **In this role you will be responsible for**: - Driving sales and business development of chemicals to paper mills within the assigned territory, with a strong emphasis on technical sales and service.
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
- Monitoring market trends and utilizing the customer relationship management system to support business activities.
- Meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets and developing profitable business within the market. You will also understand the complexities of providing reactivation services within the pulp and paper marketplace.
- Supporting in the preparation of short and mid-range sales plans to reach nominated targets and supporting the development of the demand forecast and strategies for achieving results.
- Assisting with establishing sales plans, visiting existing and new customers, assessing customer needs,



improving brand and product awareness, and suggesting appropriate solutions. **What you’ll bring to the team**: - Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Paper Technology or Chemistry.
- Proven expertise in the papermaking process with a strong drive to translate technical knowledge into chemical sales.
- In-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of the papermaking process and working experience in the paper industry.
- Excellent negotiating and influencing skills with a strong customer and service orientation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English within the business environment.
