We are looking for a bRecruiter - Early Careers Campus /b who brings strong capability in bcampus recruitment delivery and stakeholder engagement /b, and is motivated to own end-to-end hiring outcomes.
/p pYou'll work closely with hiring managers and university partners, while also supporting high-impact recruitment events across Italy, primarily in Tuscany.
/p pbKey Accountabilities: /b /p pbCampus Event Delivery /b /p ul liApply your organisational skills to deliver campus recruitment activities, including career fairs, university events, mock interviews, and assessment centres /li liUse your coordination skills to manage multiple events across Italy, with regular travel and on-site presence in Florence /li liContribute to successful delivery by ensuring strong logistics, stakeholder alignment, and a positive candidate experience /li liCollaborate with campus teams to support assessment centres throughout peak periods (Nov-Dec, Apr-May) /li /ul pbStakeholder Relationship Management /b /p ul liUse your relationship-building skills to partner with hiring managers, universities, and internal stakeholders /li liApply your consulting skills to guide hiring managers on timelines, strategies,
