You empower customers by explaining repair options and product capabilities, while contributing to an inclusive, collaborative store environment.
You'll work with the team to resolve issues, educate customers, and support store goals with a hands-on, customer-focused approach.
Responsabilità
Provide technical troubleshooting and diagnosis for Apple hardware and software
Offer knowledgeable product guidance and service recommendations to customers
Educate customers on repair options and service workflows
Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring issues and relay feedback to Apple
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes
Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor as needed
Deliver empathetic,

Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a customer service setting
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate customer service challenges with care
