At Neuronova, we are building a new computing layer for the physical world.
Billions of sensors continuously listen, measure and perceive what happens around us. Making them intelligent, however, comes at a cost: power.
We are changing that.
Neuronova has developed an ultra-low-power analog neuromorphic processor designed for always-on AI directly at the sensor. Our H1 processor operates below 1 µW and has been silicon-validated at the lowest power for sensor inference. It was designed entirely in Italy.
We want to build a new European semiconductor company and redefine how intelligence is embedded into the physical world.
Now we are looking for someone who can help the outside world understand what we are building - someone with the taste, curiosity and initiative to turn complex technology into compelling stories, sharp content and beautiful visuals.
You will work directly with the CEO and help shape how Neuronova communicates with customers, partners, journalists, investors and the broader technology ecosystem.
What you will do
You will work across communications, content, brand and visual marketing, including:
- Managing and growing Neuronova’s LinkedIn presence
- Creating and maintaining an editorial calendar
- Writing engaging LinkedIn content, primarily in English
- Identifying and joining relevant conversations on LinkedIn
- Turning technical milestones, product developments and company news into clear, compelling content
- Helping create and manage the Neuronova newsletter
- Drafting press releases
- Supporting media-list development, journalist outreach and PR activities
- Creating presentations, brochures, infographics and other marketing materials while strengthening brand consistency across channels
- Planning, producing and editing short-form audiovisual content for social media and digital channels, including scripting, filming or recording,
sound capture, post-production, subtitling and platform-specific adaptation
- Supporting communications around events, partnerships and product launches
- Supporting website content and other marketing initiatives
- Proposing new ideas, formats and communication initiatives
- This is not a role where you will simply receive a list of posts to publish. We want someone who, after learning what we are building, starts asking:
“Why aren’t we talking about this?”
and then turns that idea into something worth sharing.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a student or recent graduate in communications, marketing, graphic design, visual communication, media, design or a related creative field.
We care far more about taste, initiative and quality of execution than years of experience.
You should have
- Excellent written English
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail
- Curiosity about technology and innovation
- The ability to create clean, professional and engaging visual materials
- Good command of PowerPoint or Google Slides and tools such as Canva
- Familiarity with video and audio production and editing
- The ability to work independently after receiving initial direction
- The confidence to propose ideas rather than simply execute tasks
- Experience with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Audition, CapCut or similar tools is a plus,
but not a requirement. A portfolio, university project, personal project, newsletter, social account, video or anything else that shows us how you think and create is more interesting to us than a long CV.
What success looks like
You will help us
- Build a stronger and more active presence on LinkedIn
- Grow Neuronova’s audience and engagement
- Increase Neuronova’s visibility across Italy, Europe and the broader technology ecosystem
- Generate inbound interest from potential customers and partners
- Improve the quality of our presentations and marketing materials
Why Neuronova
You will join a small fast growing deep-tech team working at the intersection of semiconductors, neuromorphic computing and AI.
We are not building another software layer on top of existing hardware.
We are building the silicon underneath it.
And we want the way we communicate to be as ambitious as the technology itself.
Working directly with the CEO, you will help shape how an emerging European semiconductor company presents itself to the world.
