Overview
In this HR Business Partner role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Technogym's international markets.
You'll shape people strategies to drive growth, effectiveness, and a values-led, performance-oriented culture.
You will manage the full employee lifecycle within a matrix organization and collaborate with global HQ teams to align plans with market practices.
You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to develop talent, onboard new hires, and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.

Responsabilità
Partner with functional leaders to translate business needs into HR strategies
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment to development and rotations
Manage employee relations and resolve disputes to sustain a positive environment
Lead organizational development initiatives for assigned areas
Collaborate with leaders to develop and retain talent through training, coaching, and succession planning
Onboard candidates and provide guidance on work-related issues
Utilize HR data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions




Coordinate with international HR to align compensation, benefits, and costs with market practices
Design and deliver high-value people plans with local leadership and global HQ
Maintain policies and ensure consistent execution of HR programs
Act as brand ambassador and trusted HR advisor to leadership
Requisiti fondamentali
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 6 years in international business partnering
Experience in industries with complex structures (luxury products, technology, health) and HR management for retail, e-commerce, and direct sales
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; HR analytics exposure a plus
Ability to analyze HR metrics and trends for strategic decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian
Ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
