You will play a pivotal role in leading successful new product launches (NPI) and translating brand strategy into retail excellence across the Italy market.

Field Force Promoter Management:br/-Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise a team of retail promoters, store managers, and field supervisors across designated regions.br/-Performance Tracking: Set clear sales KPIs for the field force, monitor daily/weekly sell-out performance, and implement coaching programs to improve conversion rates.br/-Roster ROI Optimization: Optimize promoter scheduling (turni) to align with peak traffic hours and maximize ROI per head in key accounts (e.g., MediaWorld, Unieuro, Operator stores).

Store Operations Execution:br/-Retail Excellence: Conduct regular store audits to ensure perfect execution of Visual -Merchandising (VM) standards, POSM (Point of Sale Materials) placement, and live demo unit functionality.br/-Stock Management: Collaborate with the supply chain team to monitor inventory levels at the store level, preventing out-of-stock situations on hero models.br/-Key Account Relationship: Build and maintain strong local relationships with store directors and floor managers of major electronics consumer chains and telco channels (TIM, Vodafone, WindTre).

New Product Introduction (NPI) Execution:br/-Launch Go-to-Market:



Lead the retail execution of new smartphone and ecosystem product launches.
Ensure cross-functional readiness (promoter training, launch zones, window displays).
br/-Campaign Evaluation: Monitor early sell-out trends during launch phases and quickly pivot retail tactics based on consumer feedback and competitor moves.

Vendor Partner Management:br/-Agency Supervision: Manage external retail agencies (e.g., promoter agencies, merchandising vendors), ensuring high-quality output, service level agreements (SLAs), and budget compliance.br/-Cost Negotiation: Source and negotiate contracts with local suppliers for furniture production, printing materials, and retail event setups.
/p pJob Requirements:br/Industry Passion: Strong enthusiasm for technology and the consumer electronics industry.br/Language Market Knowledge: Native or fluent Italian speaker with in-depth knowledge of Italian consumer behavior, retail culture, and regional market nuances.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a corporate environment and prepare business reports.br/Skills Competencies: Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and proven ability to track and analyze sell-out data.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, combined with high emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management capabilities.br/Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across Italy for store visits, retail audits, and market activities.
