In this role you support contract, claims and risk management within project teams to protect Alstom's interests.
You will develop and implement contract strategies, monitor milestones, and ensure proper documentation and notices.
You collaborate across management, legal and project functions to drive compliant, timely outcomes and training.

Responsabilità
Apply CCIM and Alstom governance to project contracts
Prepare and communicate Contract Summary; keep it up-to-date
Draft and implement Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plan
Lead Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) creation and maintenance
Monitor contract obligations and milestones; issue notices
Establish project-specific commercial procedures; manage correspondence and claims files
Ensure reliable filing and easy access to correspondence




Develop processes and ways of working for contract/claim management
Provide pragmatic commercial advice aligned with project objectives
Report contract and claims activities to project, Legal and Contract Management teams
Train key stakeholders on contract/claim management
Anticipate risks; propose counter-strategies and solutions
Collaborate with Project Directors, PMs, Controllers, Engineering, Sourcing, Planning to mitigate risks and leverage claim opportunities
Provide contractual/commercial analysis on demand
