Overview
As an Expert Advisor, you act as the Brand ambassador for the Watches & Jewelry category, delivering the Louis Vuitton promise to every Client.
You discover client needs, guide them across the Brand, and provide expert product knowledge and styling advice.
You will be the voice of Watches & Jewelry in-store, collaborate with the team, and actively develop the category's business.
You will engage cross-functionally with Visual Merchandising and the Field Coach to elevate selling skills and category visibility.
This role offers a meaningful opportunity to shape client experiences and drive category growth with passion and expertise.
Responsabilità
Provide expert advice on Watches & Jewelry to Clients, including styling and technical guidance
Assess client style and match with product recommendations
Collaborate with team to achieve store objectives
Build deep product and category knowledge and promote category ownership




Be an ambassador for Watches & Jewelry, staying competitive knowledge and customer-focused
Handle demanding Client situations and support Team Manager in business development
Coordinate with Visual Merchandiser to ensure category visibility in-store
Share passion and expertise to inspire the store team and develop selling skills
