Monitor and report on account health and performance
Requisiti fondamentali
5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in account management, client success, or sales within payments, technology, or financial services
Strong knowledge of the payments industry, market trends, and merchant needs
Proven ability to manage and grow accounts, achieve sales quotas through retention, upsell, and cross-sell
Experience building strategic relationships, including with senior executives
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines and forecast
