In this role you drive analytical assessments of servicer capabilities, manage client relationships, and prepare committee materials to communicate rankings.
You will publish rationales, analyses, and market commentary while maintaining data systems.
The position supports process improvements and collaboration with global rating teams, incorporating AI into analyses to stay aligned with market trends.

Collaborate across teams and clients to drive strategic communication and build relationships
Collect, analyze, and synthesize client data to inform ranking changes
Prepare materials for committee reviews and timely ranking releases
Publish rationales, analyses, market commentaries, and industry reports
Coordinate with publishing, operations, communications, and marketing to ensure integrity and transparency of rankings
Maintain accuracy of internal systems supporting the rankings process and assist analysts as needed




Build cross-functional relationships to enhance collaboration across the organization
Adhere to office presence requirements (2 days per week)
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, operations, business management, communications, or English
4+ years of relevant experience in loan servicing, operations, audit, finance, research, accounting, mortgages, or credit
Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a global, multicultural team
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Effective interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder influence
Analytical, problem solving, and time management abilities
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and AI; advanced Excel preferred
Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and ensure data accuracy
Solid customer service orientation and client relationship management
Willingness and ability to travel
