ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are currently looking for a motivated recent graduate with a strong interest in energy, industrial decarbonization and digitalization to join the bEnergy Industrial Decarbonization team /b. /p pThe successful candidate will support the team in the development and implementation of projects and tools for Ferrero plants, working with technical functions, Industrial Sustainability Energy Experts and stakeholders from the Group Smart Factory program. /p pBy covering this role, you will have a bstrong focus on operational support, analysis, coordination and document preparation /b, offering the opportunity to gain practical knowledge of the bGroup's energy and industrial processes. /b /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 pAs bJunior Energy Industrial Decarbonization Support /b, part of your responsibilities will be supporting the bdevelopment and deployment of the Ferrero Energy App /b. You will collect user requirements and feedback, support testing and validation activities, provide first-level user support, prepare training and guidance materials, and help coordinate and track requests, issues and improvement actions. /p pYou will also support the brollout of energy and decarbonization best practices across Ferrero plants /b. In this role, you will bcollect and analyze technical and energy-related information /b, contribute to plant assessments and the identification of improvement opportunities, prepare guidelines, templates and technical documentation, and monitor the implementation status of best practices and related databases. /p pYou will collaborate with plants and the Energy Industrial Decarbonization team to support the bEnergy Awards process /b. Your activities will include collecting,
reviewing and organizing documentation, supporting checklist verification and data consistency checks, preparing meeting materials, reports and presentations, and monitoring follow-up actions and information requests. /p pIn addition, you will contribute to the bmonitoring of energy and decarbonization investments /b by updating and managing tracking tools and databases, collecting and consolidating plant data, supporting budget, forecast and performance analyses, and preparing reports while contributing to the continuous improvement of monitoring tools. /p h3About You /h3 pYou will bring your Master's Degree in Energy, Mechanical, Management, Environmental Engineering or in a related technical or scientific discipline, and you have a strong interest in energy efficiency, industrial decarbonization and sustainability. /p pYou are comfortable analyzing and organizing technical and financial data and have a good knowledge of bMicrosoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools. /b /p pYou are interested in bdigital applications, dashboards and monitoring tools /b, and you are able to prepare clear and well-structured documents and presentations. /p pYou communicate effectively in bEnglish /b, both written and spoken, and you enjoy working collaboratively with different stakeholders.

You are well organized, able to manage priorities and meet deadlines, and willing to learn in a dynamic environment. /p h3What We Offer /h3 pThe role is classified at Level Quadro 1S under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €50.083. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 10% of base salary.
