/p h3JOB DESCRIPTION /h3 pWithin the Sourcing team, the Sales Analyst Support ensures the management of a sale in conjunction with the Key Account Manager (KAM) in order to guarantee the attractiveness to our Veepee members.
You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the offer (assortment prices) and you will be the link between our brands and our internal departments in order to ensure a smooth sales production process.

/p h3TASKS /h3 h3Offer Management /h3 ul liClose contact with the brands in supporting the KAM collecting and challenging the commercial inputs needed to build the offer file that respect the veepee quality standards /li liConception of the offer based on deep analysis using internal external data to identify the best assortment best prices (product list, best seller identification, stock, buying price recommendation,...) /li liMonitoring of the stock available in our warehouse in order to reach our stock rotation standards /li liDefinition of the selling price in order to maximize the sold quantities the generated margin /li liSales forecast activity identification of potential turnover, together with the KAM /li liYour strategic analysis insight will be founded on previous campaigns data, pricing elasticity A/B test studies, psychological pricing, benchmark information, market knowledge, /li /ul h3Sales Management /h3 ul liGuarantee the commercial milestones compliance requirements to secure the opening on time (offer validation in internal, confirmation of the final prices stock, referent check price,...) /li liCoordination with the Sales Production Teams (Data Managers Content Managers)



in order to ensure a smooth content production and a high quality sales online /li /ul h3Commercial Performance Analysis /h3 ul liFollow up of the main performance KPI during the sales to identify growth levers and improvement actions /li liSales reports after the sale to be shared internally (KAM Team Manager Sales) and with our Brand partner /li liBusiness review preparation together with the KAM in order to identify development leverages with our Brand partner /li liMaterial creation for brand meetings, and participation when necessary /li /ul h3MUST HAVE skills /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
/li li1-2 years of proven experience in a sales analysis, business analysis, or similar role /li liYou are result-oriented and have strong analytical data management skills /li liYou are rigorous, well organized and can work with tight deadlines /li liYou are a team player and can collaborate with different departments /li liYou are willing to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
/li liYou have a high level of communication and presentation skills /li liYou master Google Apps and Office Pack, specially Gsheet, Slides and Excel.
/li liYou possess excellent Local Language and good English language skills.
