/h3 pJoin us through an exciting VIE as a Junior Plant Procurement Manager, based in Napoli, Italy !
You will support the Senior Plant Procurement Manager by contributing to procurement performance, supplier management and continuous improvement initiatives while acting as a key support to the plant organization.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Senior PPM in monitoring material productivity and cost evolution (CSC).
/li liContribute to tracking savings pipeline and supporting implementation of productivity actions.
/li liAssist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for procurement performance.
/li liSupport preparation of reviews (QBR, monthly performance meetings).
/li /ul h3Supplier Performance Business Continuity /h3 ul liSupport Supplier Performance Management activities (quality, delivery, service levels).
/li liHelp organize and prepare Supplier Performance Meetings (SUPMAN).
/li liFollow up on supplier issues and escalation tracking.
/li liContribute to risk monitoring and mitigation actions (quality logistics).
/li /ul h3Plant Procurement Processes /h3 ul liSupport deployment of Procurement strategy and Plant APOP.
/li liAssist in data consolidation and reporting for procurement tools (e.g., savings tracking tools).
/li liContribute to supplier database updates and documentation compliance.
/li /ul h3Cross-functional Support /h3 ul liWork closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.
/li liSupport Senior PPM in coordination with Category Managers and other stakeholders /li liContribute to cluster-level reporting and KPI tracking.
/li liSupport harmonization of procurement practices across plants.
/li liParticipate in transversal projects (digitalization, process improvement, sustainability).
/li liShare best practices and lessons learned across the cluster.
/li /ul h3Sustainability Compliance /h3 ul liSupport implementation of sustainable procurement initiatives.
/li liHelp the PPM to ensure compliance with procurement processes, tools,
and audits.
/li /ul h3Education : /h3 pMaster's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement,Industrial Engineering, Business administration or related field /p h3Experience : /h3 p1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, procurement or related field (internships and apprenticeships are fully valued) /p h3Skills and mindset : /h3 ul liFluent in English (written and oral) /li liGood understanding of procurement and supply chain processes /li liKPI Development and Monitoring /li liStrong analytical and data analysis skills /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities /li liProactive, autonomous and eager to learn /li liCollaborative, problem solving and team-oriented mindset /li liInterest in process improvement and project management /li liAbility to work in a dynamic industrial and international environment /li liProficiency in Excel and others data tools (Power BI) /li /ul h3What's in it for me?
