The role
As aCritical Operations Manager (COM), you will be responsible formanaging critical operations activitieswithin theData Center, ensuring thesafe and continuous operationof the facility and the delivery of ahigh-quality serviceto customers and users.
You willlead the Critical Operations team,manage relationships with customers and suppliers, and ensuremaintenance and operational activitiesare performed according tocompany processes, methods, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead critical operations activitiesfor the Data Center, ensuringsafe and continuous operationsandhigh-quality service delivery
Lead and manage the Critical Operations team
Monitor site operationsthroughBMS and PMS platforms
Manage routine activitiesonelectrical and mechanical equipment
Ensuretimely and effective responsestocustomer and user needs
Ensure allscheduled maintenance activitiesare completed on time
Manage critical situationsandextraordinary operational activities
Plan and manage technical tasks and equipment
Applymaintenance processesandoperational methods
Verify compliance withsafety standardsand the correct use ofPPE
Manage relationships with customers and suppliers
Attendperiodic meetingswith customers
Prepare and maintainoperational documentation, includingRCA, SOP, MOP, EOP, and reports
Managecustomer casesthroughNetSuiteand activities throughModius
Support the development of thetechnical and interpersonal skillsof team members
Required Skills and Background
At least5 years of experienceinmaintenance activitieswithin anindustrial environment; experience incritical environmentsis an advantage
Good knowledge ofcritical infrastructure maintenance and repair activities
High school diplomaorUniversity degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Strong knowledge ofsafety regulationsand the correct use ofPPE




Customer-oriented mindsetandservice approach
Strongcommunication, interpersonal, and team management skills
Gooddigital skillsand familiarity withMicrosoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge ofNetSuiteandModiusis considered an advantage
Fluent inItalianand good command of written and spokenEnglish

The compensation range shown reflects the expected salary range for this position.
