/liliImplementation of the Business Development Plan, including organizational development.
/liliDirect reporting to the Group BU Head and close collaboration with the CFO/Controller.
/liliGuidance of service evolution and expansion, in coordination with technical teams and in line with established KPIs.
/liliContribution to sales, marketing, and business development, with direct management of client relationships and coordination with commercial teams.
/liliRepresentation of the company at major industry organizations (AFI, ISPE, PDA), participation in conferences, and support for scientific publications.




/li /ulpbr / /ppRequirements /ppbr / /pulliMaster's degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
/liliOver 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within a consulting firm or life sciences business unit (CQV Validation focus preferred).
/liliProven experience in PL management.
/liliAdvanced English (minimum C1 level).
/liliStrong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
/liliEstablished network and reputation in the pharmaceutical community, both in Italy and internationally.
/liliIn-depth knowledge of GMP (EU, US, international), commissioning qualification, and process validation.
/liliExperience with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, sterile production, clean utilities, HVAC/clean rooms, and computerized control systems.
/liliWillingness to travel nationally and internationally.
