Job purpose: The HRMOI Org & Security Analyst (Consultant) will provide critical technical expertise to enhance the integrity, governance, and alignment of Workday organizational data and security configurations. This role is essential for improving data quality, ensuring system consistency, and maintaining access control compliance across WFP's global workforce. The analyst will focus on cleansing and aligning organizational datasets within Workday, harmonizing data between Workday and WINGS, and strengthening data governance controls. Additionally, the consultant will support the development of compliant Workday security configurations, contribute to access review cycles, assist with audit readiness, and mitigate risks associated with system changes, ensuring a secure and efficient HR technology environment.

Responsibilities: The HRMOI Org & Security Analyst (Consultant) at the World Food Programme (WFP) plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of HR technology and data. This position focuses on strengthening the Workday system by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of organizational data and access controls. Key responsibilities include cleansing and aligning organizational datasets within Workday, harmonizing data across different systems like WINGS, and executing mass data maintenance activities with meticulous documentation. The analyst will also be responsible for enhancing data governance controls, improving validation rules,



and monitoring data quality standards for organizational and position management. Furthermore, the role involves supporting the configuration of Workday security, including role-based and user-based security groups, and contributing to access review cycles to identify and mitigate segregation of duties conflicts. The analyst will assist in audit readiness, validate role mappings, and resolve audit observations related to access controls. They will assess and mitigate risks associated with system changes, ensuring security consistency, and support security testing activities. The position requires a strong understanding of HR business processes and hands‑on experience with HR systems, particularly Workday, to effectively collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and contribute to the overall HR digital transformation efforts at WFP.

Education: An advanced university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Finance is required. Alternatively, a first-level university degree with additional relevant work experience is acceptable.

Work experience: Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or IT. Must have hands‑on experience with HR systems, particularly Workday, including configuration, data management, or process improvement. Experience with HR digital transformation or system enhancement projects is needed, along with the ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams. xysqume Proven experience in organizational structure and position management, ideally within a complex or global organization, is also essential.
