~ Undergraduate degree
~2-3 years of professional experience: preferably in branding/marketing, management consulting, brand management, or market research, although the specific field is less important than what you’ve accomplished in it
~ Proven project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
~ Ease and confidence with “thinking on your feet” and crafting compelling, digestible stories
~ Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
~ Openness and eagerness to learn, be mentored and – one day – mentoring more junior team members
~ Love of, and nose for, brands, marketing, and innovation




~ Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills (in writing, in presentation style, and in impactful visual communication)
