Work Mode: Hybrid (on-site, remote, travel)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: in line with Italian CCNL Industria alimentare

Export Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing international markets, with reference to both the brand and private label.

-

- Manage and develop international clients across GDO, Retail, Food Service and Distribution channels for both branded projects and private labels.

- Create and identify new opportunities with a focus on the company brand.

- Manage international tenders, including price quotations and preparation of technical-commercial documentation.

- Negotiate commercial terms, draft offers and commercial price lists.

- Support the definition of positioning strategies for branded products.





- Monitor target markets and prepare detailed commercial reports.

- Participate in industry trade fairs, international events and undertake regular business travel to visit clients and prospects.

- Obtain a degree in Economics, International Trade or a related field.

- Have at least 8 years of experience in similar roles within the food sector, preferably in pasta, oil or preserves, in the USA/Americas or Asia & Middle East markets, covering both brand and private label.

- Have excellent English (C1); knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.

- Be willing to travel internationally.

- Have strong negotiation, communication, and result-oriented skills.

- Possess knowledge of international tender dynamics. xysqume
