Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior Innovation & Data Analytics Specialist who will support the team in managing innovation activities within Group Compliance during the maternity leave period.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Support innovation projects related to process redesign and development of tools for Group ComplianceContribute to data analysis activities (Excel, dashboards, basic Power BI usage)Support the monitoring and evolution of AI-driven initiatives (no technical development required)Provide PMO support to ongoing projects (tracking, coordination, documentation)Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and feedbackSupport the design and improvement of tools and processes for compliance activities at Group levelPrepare presentations and materials for internal reporting and management updatesEnsure continuity of key initiatives during the maternity leave periodRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science or similarpreferred 0-2 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, innovation or project support rolesGood knowledge of Excel (mandatory)Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar toolsFamiliarity with data analysis conceptsBasic understanding of AI topics (no coding required)Soft SkillsStrong curiosity, especially towards innovation and AIProactive attitude and willingness to learnStructured and analytical thinkingAbility to work across multiple projects and stakeholdersGood communication and presentation skillsWhat we offerWe offer employment at the IV level in accordance with the CCNL ANIA and the Generali Group Company Agreement.Starting gross annual salary of 36.000 €.We also offer:Lavoro da remoto and flexible hoursMeal vouchersSupplementary health insurance and discounted insurance policies,
