As a Junior Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our internal engineering capabilities, accelerating design execution, and contributing directly to the development of cutting-edge mechanical systems.What You'll DoSupport CAD design and modeling of transmission components and assembliesParticipate in mechanical calculations, tolerance analyses, and design validation activitiesCollaborate with the CTO and senior engineers on prototype development and testingDraft technical drawings and contribute to engineering documentationAssist in prototype assembly, performance evaluation, and troubleshootingContribute to design improvement sessions and R&D projects with academic partnersManage day-to-day design decisions within assigned components under senior guidance Who We're Looking ForMust-have:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace EngineeringGood proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA,
