## i tuoi incarichi At **Bosch Rexroth**, within our **Graduate Specialist Program (GSP),** you will join the **Sales Construction Machinery** team, in a truly international environment, and will play a key role in driving innovation within the Mobile sector. This is a unique opportunity to blend cutting-edge technology with hands-on application engineering and strategic customer partnerships. As a **Junior Sales Engineer**, you will be a sales and technical partner for our customers and a key contributor to the development and promotion of Bosch Rexroth Mobile solutions. You will: * **Drive innovation** by promoting our full Mobile portfolio — from hydraulic components to electronics and software, electric motors, inverters, and IoT services. * **Build strong partnerships** with the local Application team and our Headquarters in Germany, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous growth. * **Own projects end-to-end**, from defining technical specifications together with customers to supporting implementation onsite when needed. * **Understand and anticipate market trends**,
