Warehouse Shift Leader_Monticelli d'Ongina (PC) Main Responsibilities:

- Supporting the Operations Manager in process activity;
- Assuring highest care about People management;
- Driving high performances;
- Contributing Continuous Improvement Projects;
- Driving the Team to find new ways to increase quality and profit of the site;
- Keeping aligned SLA and KPIs;
- Maintaining safety and security high level;
- Coaching for his First Line Management Team.

What we need from you:

- At least 4 years of experience of Blue Collars direct management;
- Strong leadership attitude;
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills;
- Flexibility and team player attitude
