Law Honor Co. is a boutique Italian law firm based in Milan and Florence, advising international individuals, entrepreneurs and companies on Italian, corporate, private and cross-border legal matters.

We are looking for a Russian-speaking Lawyer to join our growing team and work closely with international clients, particularly clients from Russian-speaking jurisdictions with interests, businesses and assets in Italy and Europe.

The Role The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of matters, including:

•⁠ Italian legal and regulatory matters

•⁠ ⁠Corporate and commercial matters, including company formation, governance and contracts

•⁠ ⁠Cross-border transactions and international business structures

•⁠ ⁠Private client matters, including investments, assets and relocation to Italy

•⁠ ⁠Immigration and residence-related matters for international clients

•⁠ ⁠Regulatory and sanctions-related matters, where relevant

•⁠ ⁠Preparing legal opinions, correspondence, applications and other legal documents

•⁠ ⁠Communicating directly with clients and coordinating with Italian and foreign professionals

•⁠ ⁠Liaising with public authorities, institutions, financial intermediaries and other stakeholders when required The role offers the opportunity to work on international and often complex matters, with significant client exposure and involvement in the development of the firm’s international practice.

Who We Are Looking For





We are looking for a lawyer who combines strong legal skills with an international mindset.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Fluent Russian and excellent English

•⁠ ⁠Strong written and spoken Italian

•⁠ ⁠Experience in corporate, commercial, civil, private client or international law

•⁠ ⁠Excellent legal drafting and research skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to legal problems

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with international clients and cross-border teams A strong plus

•⁠ ⁠Experience advising Russian-speaking or other international clients

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of sanctions, asset-related or regulatory matters

•⁠ ⁠International academic or professional experience

•⁠ ⁠Additional language skills

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with clients, authorities or professionals across different jurisdictions
