# Senior Investment Real Estate Valuer **Posting Date:** 25 Jun 2026 **City:** Roma **Location:** Roma, IT, 00193 **Contract Type:** Permanent **Division:** Real Estate General Management **Level of experience:** Intermediate RINA is currently recruiting for a **Senior Investment Real Estate Valuer** to join its office in Roma within the **Real Estate General Management** Division. ## **Mission** Lead the valuation of complex real estate assets or large portfolios, providing strategic insights and high-quality reports to support client decision-making on investments, acquisitions, and divestments ## **Key Accountabilities** - Manage and oversee valuation projects involving high-value or complex assets (e.g., hotels, shopping centers). - Prepare and review detailed financial models and valuation reports. - Ensure all valuations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on valuation findings and market trends. - Mentor junior valuers, providing technical guidance and quality assurance for their work. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for investment decisions. - Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and expand client engagement. ## **Education** Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Economics ## **Qualifications** - Proven +5 years experience in investment real estate valuation and financial modeling. - Advanced understanding of market dynamics and valuation methodologies. - Strong leadership and project management skills.

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €32,000 and €40,000 and will be finally defined on candidate's professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role.
