Overview

In this role you lead global, full-service clinical research projects across multiple therapeutic areas, ensuring on-time delivery, budget discipline, and high-quality standards. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and serve as the primary client contact, shaping proposals and strategic discussions. This is a hands-on leadership role with global reach and a focus on rigorous execution and continuous improvement. Responsabilità

- Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects across various therapeutic areas
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams
- Train, mentor, and coach project team members
- Act as primary client contact on all project matters
- Participate in bid defense meetings and support proposal development and client presentations
- Implement company standard practices and ensure compliance with intradepartmental procedures

Requisiti fondamentali





- Recent clinical research experience as project manager or equivalent (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead)
- Global or regional clinical project management experience from startup to closure
- Therapeutic experience in oncology and/or GI (IBD, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease) preferred
- Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects preferred
- BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to negotiate confidently
- Team building, resource allocation, and organizational skills are essential
